What data we collect

We collect your organisation name, logo, brand colours, contact details, support preferences and evidence of impact. We also collect information you submit through support requests, messages and document uploads.

What is shared in reports

Your organisation name and logo may appear in impact reports if you have given consent. Beneficiary stories and photos are only included with explicit, separate consent for each item.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data for the duration of your partnership and for 6 years afterwards for audit and reporting purposes. You can request deletion at any time, subject to legal obligations.

Confidentiality

Your data is stored securely and only accessed by authorised Hackit Design team members. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by messaging Hackit through the portal or by emailing the team. We will respond within 30 days.
