What you need to prepare
Work through each section at your own pace. You can do as much or as little as you like before starting your application.
- Registered company name and number
- Trading name if different from registered name
- Registered office address and business contact details
- Key contact person name, email and phone
- Company website URL
- VAT registration number if applicable
What good looks like
A great spec sheet includes
- Product name and unique SKU
- Exact dimensions in millimetres and centimetres
- Material composition and finish options
- Weight including packaging
- Installation requirements and fixings
- Care and maintenance instructions
- Warranty period and terms
Accessible product info includes
- Dimensions written clearly, not buried in technical tables
- Weight stated for manual handling planning
- Sensory notes, glare level, surface texture, operating noise
- Care instructions in plain English
- Installation steps a competent DIYer could follow
- Compatibility with assistive or adaptive equipment
Sustainability evidence we love to see
- FSC or PEFC chain of custody documentation
- Low-VOC test results or declarations
- Recycled content percentage stated clearly
- End of life recycling or take back scheme
- Carbon footprint or EPD if available
- Responsible sourcing commitment statement
